If you are ordering a Video Set place a check mark for both performances for either VHS or DVD. |

The proof number is in the white box just above where is says "Select Print Size" on the individual photo pages. It will consist of PPAC2009 followed by a 3 digit number (example: PPAC2009-102) |

Place the print size and price on the "Print Size" line (4x6s are $3.00 and 5X7s are $5.00) |

Fill in the quantitiy you desire. |
